Shipping Policy

Processing times take 1-14 business days for all items. Orders are verified after 24 hours to ensure clearance and confirmation of payment. After 24 hours, we cannot process any changes. (Address change, order change, etc.) Processing times can take up to 3 weeks due to high volume during sales.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FEDEX with receipt confirmation and insurance. Priority Standard Shipping takes 2-4 business days after processing. Next day shipping takes 1 business day after processing.

Packages shipped to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS only.

Overnight shipments that are shipped out on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped via FEDEX. Shipping typically takes up to 10 business days after processing. International shipping costs on this website do not cover tariffs or customs charged by your home country. Please be mindful of this.

Refund Policy

- Refunds are only applicable for items returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

- To be eligible for a refund, the hair extensions must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept any product that has been worn, tampered with, or altered (e.g., cut, colored, or styled).

Non-Refundable Items:

- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded.

- Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the delivery date. The hair extensions must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

- If you need a different color, length, or texture, we will gladly exchange the item for you.
