Shipping Policy

Processing
Processing times take 1-14 business days for all items. Orders are verified after 24 hours to ensure clearance and confirmation of payment. After 24 hours, we cannot process any changes. (Address change, order change, etc.)
Processing times can take up to 3 weeks due to high volume during sales.

Shipping
Domestic:
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and FEDEX with receipt confirmation and insurance. Priority Standard Shipping takes 2-4 business days after processing. Next day shipping takes 1 business day after processing.

Packages shipped to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS only.
Overnight shipments that are shipped out on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

International:

International orders are shipped via FEDEX. Shipping typically takes up to 10 business days after processing. International shipping costs on this website do not cover tariffs or customs charged by your home country. Please be mindful of this.


Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to I.S. Extensions, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned to us and the items purchased will be restocked. You will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card and will be charged a flat restock fee of $35. Shipping and Route Protection costs are non-refundable.

Please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system after 24 hours. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

In rare instances, our carrier services may experience transit delays. Please understand that I.S. Extensions is not liable for such delays caused by our carrier services. Thus, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored as a result of this.

Route Package Protection is required for all orders placed. I.S. Extensions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages after they have been shipped out. Returned items will incur a flat restock fee of $35. Please contact your local post office for any issues.
