- To be eligible for a refund, the hair extensions must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept any product that has been worn, tampered with, or altered (e.g., cut, colored, or styled).

- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair extensions cannot be returned or refunded.
- Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable.
